5 Things We’re Thankful for at Tiny Heirloom
We’re always looking for reasons to celebrate and there’s nothing that gets us in a celebratory mood like gratitude. Looking back on this year, we have a long list of things to be thankful for. Here are 5 of them that are filling our hearts with thankfulness.
1. Faith & Family:
More than anything, we are thankful for our faith and family. All of our dreams and ambitions would mean nothing without them. This year our family doubled in size. Brianna and I had our first son Leo Josiah. Zach and Hannah also had a baby boy, Wilder Grey and, on top of that, Michelle and Tyson have their second on the way!
This week we are especially thankful for the love and support of our families. In the busyness of life, it’s too easy to lose sight of priorities but we are dedicated to consciously put them first every day.
2. Our Team:
Our team has grown a lot this year; in size and skill! We’re over 40 strong now with a lot of talented new faces. We’ve got a lot planned for the year ahead. It’s amazing to see how each team member’s unique personality, background, and talents help us grow as people and as a company. Our Team works tirelessly to create the worlds best tiny homes, and for that we are thankful.
3. Our Supporters and Clients (You!):
No matter how many times we say it, it’s never enough. We couldn’t do this without you! We’re so humbled to be able to do what we do for people like you. There is nothing more exciting than being a part of your journey to freedom-first living. You inspire us to do our very best work and to continue creating and innovating. Without you, we would not be where we are today. We hope you know how thankful we are for you.
4. Value-Centered Business:
Holding our values close to every decision we make has always been very important to us. We want our company to be an active part of building a better world for our children and theirs. We’re very excited to announce that our office and build facility is now running on 100% renewable energy. This is a big step for us in our sustainability mission.
We also know there have been a lot of people displaced by natural disasters this year. From hurricanes to the wildfires, a lot of damage has been done. We want to do our part to help people rebuild their lives and become even more resilient than they were before. That’s why we’re offering discounts on new tiny homes for people who lost their home in a disaster. If you lost your home in a natural disaster, please respond to this email to share your story so we can move forward together. Also, if you know someone who could benefit from the discount, please share this with them.
We are thankful for the opportunities we have to help others and do our part in making the world a better place.
5. Creativity:
What can I say about creativity that hasn’t already been said? It gets us excited about possibilities and keeps us moving forward when things get tough. To us, creativity is about so much more than innovating for innovation’s sake. We want our work to solve real challenges and help real people live better stories.
That being said, we can never forget how fun creativity is! In the spirit of Thanksgiving, here’s a tiny home we built that is designed for entertaining guests. Let us know what you think.
(We even tested it with a turkey dinner!)
Again, we are so thankful for every way you’ve supported and encouraged us this year. We’d love to hear from you! Leave a comment on this post and tell us what you’re thankful for.
