    Tiny house regulations have greatly improved in Washington state in recent years. In 2019, a landmark bill (ESSB 5383) was passed to enable the development of tiny house eco-villages and formalize siting requirements for tiny houses on wheels throughout the state. If available, your best option for either type of loan is to go through your tiny home builder and see if they offer in-house tiny home financing options.
